CRM Practice Lead
Our client, a fast-growing CRM technology and management consulting company, seeks a proven leader to drive major growth in its CRM practice. The Practice Lead will be the "go-to" person for CRM best practices and will further establish the company's position as a thought leader and implementation expert by helping middle market companies and divisions of F500 firms define and implement CRM strategies and technologies to achieve competitive business advantage.
Required knowledge and skills
The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge and skills:
- Proven full life-cycle experience in managing the implementation of mySAP CRM, SAP BW, or SAP Netweaver/BI. This will include experience in one or more of the following:
- Sales Force Automation (Mobile Sales, Online Sales)
- Customer Service (Mobile Service, Online Service, SD)
- Marketing (Lead Management, Campaign Management)
- Call Centers/Contact Centers (CIC)
- Internet-based Sales (Internet sales, IPC)
- Knowledge and/or experience in sales, customer service and/or marketing.
- Good consulting skills, with an ability to analyze clients' business requirements, needs and objectives, and map them to best practices as embodied in SAP CRM or SAP BW.
- Exceptional management and mentoring skills.
- Subject matter and solution expertise - the "go-to" person on a project
- Extensive project management experience. PMI/PMP certification a plus.
- Terrific "soft skills" leveraged across clients' technical, project and business personnel.
- Minimum of 5-6 years of professional experience (previous consulting, software application/ system implementation and/or specific functional industry expertise).
- Ability to travel 85-100%
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business area. MBA a big plus.
